This house realized a NJ family’s long-awaited dream of a modern home. The property, purchased more than a decade before the design work began, has views of the South Branch valley and abuts preserved woodlands.
The layout and interior circulation paths afford expansive views from all areas: a main great room area, the first floor guest suite/office, main entry and back stairs to the upper floor gallery corridor serving three bedrooms, a primary suite bedroom and bath, as well as side and rear terraces. Sited to afford privacy on this 3 acre corner lot, the exterior is clad in stucco and fiber cement panels as well as a seamed metal roof.
