A 16-foot wide row house in Hoboken has grown to accommodate the needs of a 21st century family.
Renovations, along with a 3-story addition into the rear yard provide a basement level playroom, a first floor ‘center-of-entertainment’ kitchen, a second floor master bedroom and a third floor child’s room. The basement floor was excavated deeper at the addition to increase the head height to comply with code; all existing electrical and plumbing infrastructure was replaced.
The addition increased the floor area of the house by thirty percent.
Backdoor neighbors say the house looks as good from the back as it does from the front.
