This 4000 sf structure was sited between the tracks and the site of an adjacent trucking company in a new train yard constructed as part of the Montclair Connection project.
Housing yard-master offices, male and female crew lockers and showers, train repair material storage, and lunch and conference facilities, the yard-master offices are situated to afford wide angle views of the train yard, maintenance bridges and tracks.
